Beslan Kabartay, the CEO of Freudy UG, is Syrian with roots in the Circassian. He studied Business Administration in Damascus. During his studies, he founded a cheese dairy in 2012. He produced and sold Syrian and Circassian cheeses with milk from farmers in the Damascus region. The war meant that Beslan could not buy milk or gas to heat the milk. He gave up the cheese factory and worked for three more years in Syria. Then he went to Germany.
In Germany, he developed his knowledge and experience in the Dairy field. In addition to the “Syrian cheese expertise,” which he masters, he has learned in Germany from German and European cheese dairies. In addition to the technical know-how he has, he has spent nearly 10 years in marketing and business field in both the practical and theoretical experiences have been built up.
In recent years he has studied German and the Berliner markets, the customers and working conditions, he visited as well many trade fairs and dairy farms.
